Common Goods is a new kind of company. A company that is 100% collaborative, creating products for living life outside. We like to think, we get people who get outside. So we have created a charity to make the products they use, 100% for good. After Common Goods costs are taken care of, we give 100% of our profits to our trust, which then distributes the funds to life-changing environmental projects. Chosen by you, our partners and our customers. We exist 100% for preventing further, unnecessary harm to our shared planet. We know that all business activity creates pollution as a by-product. So we work steadily to reduce those harms and partner with common brands, to create common(ly used) products, that gives back to the environment to reverse the effects of human impact. Our co-founder Ben Rennie asked himself, "What if purchasing a new surfboard, a pair of shoes or simply a new coffee cup could help provide solutions, funds and resources to solve environmental problems"? Common Goods takes an holistic approach to combating environmental issues, with 100% of our profits funding projects, chosen by our customers. Our values reflect those of a business started by our founders, living life in the mountains skiing and summers in the ocean, riding waves and the minimalist style they promoted. The approach we take towards collaboration and design demonstrates a bias for simplicity, utility and common necessity, in turn helping solve some of the worlds most important problems.
