Commune is conceived and developed by Commune Properties India Pvt Ltd - a group concern of Golden Gate, the Bangalore based leading property developers. Golden Gate started operations in 1997 and International Financial institutes RREEF (part of Deutche Bank) and Citi Group have invested substantial monies in the company. In last 15 years the Company has completed more than 20 lakh sft of residential/ commercial space. Promoters of Commune have done lot of research on building homes at affordable prices without compromising on specifications. Having studied extensively the construction systems, process in countries like China and Malaysia, they intend to change the way apartment buildings are constructed in India. The Group engages various national and international architects (like HOK-USA, AndyFisher-Singapore) for its projects.
