We work with some of the top CIO's / IT organisations on the European market on how to deliver business value with IT. We do this as we consolidate the IT Delivery Model and I work with a technology partner on this part.If you want to deliver Infrastructure and IT operations effectively these need to be orchestrated and provisioned as a "service" end to end. We can help you deliver on this and already do so for a number of 120 – 240 K + user business. We also ensure that security is delivered as a service (as opposed to endpoint only) and could have avoided the security mess @ notably Target and outages or breaches can be addressed in a matter of minutes and this include when these occurs with and outsourced provider.We pull the network (100%) and application landscape together (80% auto discovery) and leverage the Service Catalogue as backbone to orchestrate and provision services and help you keep your applications and network up and running and secure. We do this for some of the most stringent organisations in the world for business critical activities and this would include mission critical communications for the US Army in War zones and Bloombergs platforms as well as global payments. If we look @ infrastructure services if these are not orchestrated and provisioned they are unmanaged. That is there is no follow up on how these are delivered with SLA's and OLA's, Total Cost of Ownership with Cost, Consumption, Chargeback.
