Our mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.Our school-based Site Coordinators serve directly IN 34 schools throughout 5 school districts in our bi-county region, providing individualized case-management support to 1,500 students annually and whole school supports to over 25,000 students. We equip and empower students with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed in school and life.
