Community Disaster Preparedness Foundation Details
The Community Disaster Preparedness Foundation is dedicated to promoting disaster preparedness by organizing, training and equipping local disaster response teams. We also work in conjunction with the Community Emergency Response Team programs to design supplemental training for the public. Our goal is also to introduce and promote disaster radio communications and preparedness. We will obtain and maintain a range of radio equipment and repeaters, other disaster supplies for use in skills training for public consumption. We will further provide access for community members to purchase relevant radio equipment to better their communication abilities in any disaster.
