The world's first non-profit (501c3), all-volunteer, community-centric film studio. Built upon the model of the traditional community theatre, CFSSB s a community of local volunteers and experienced filmmakers producing feature-length movies for audiences here and around the world.Using traditional education methods combined with in-production mentoring, we are able to welcome people with all levels of experience...including none at all and help them become important contributors to the process of developing, producing, and distributing feature films - the community way.Our hope is that once we have established a best practices approach that creates a sustainable model that we can assist communities across the country to form their own community film studios.
