She brings a wide spectrum of experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities in the community for the past 30 years.Ms. Spotts holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Springfield College with a concentration in Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health. She has an extensive background in the field of Medical Social Work, Case Management, Administration, Advocacy, Training, and Education. She has worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities and has done comprehensive work in cross-cultural counseling, including the Latino population.
