Community of Evaluators Pakistan (COEP) is a group of development specialists and M & E professionals providing a forum for exchange of views and experiences in the field of planning, development administration, implementation, performance auditing and monitoring & evaluation to understand and implement the theme of evidence based decision making and outcome management. COEP focuses on institutionalization of the result chain in the development process through different initiatives including training and capacity building of the public & private organizations, corporate sector, communities and NGOs in collaboration with national and international partners, donors and non-government funding organizations. The aim is to ensure effective implementation, improve governance & transparency through technically sound and financially viable projects, effective monitoring & evaluation to ensure delivery of output to the target groups. In addition joint evaluation of development projects and programs are one of the priority areas to benefit from learning by doing.
