CPNRI is the non-profit trade association of private providers of services and supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and children with special needs across Rhode Island. Employing over 5,000 direct support professionals, CPNRI represents 31 member organizations that provide services to over 3,500 Rhode Islanders with disabilities. Our mission is:To support members in assuring the highest standards of quality serviceTo coordinate and promote staff development and training To influence the direction and shape of services through information sharing with state and federal agencies and grassroots political actionTo strengthen communication among members and speak with a collective voice on issue of common interestTo acquire cost effective benefits and services for all membersTo share information, resources and knowledge
