The Community Revitalization Training Center (CRTC) is a national training and technical assistance center for community development practitioners. Its primary function is to provide practical training and technical assistance opportunities for housing rehab and community development professionals. We are pleased to present our website with the most current course schedule and descriptions.CRTC currently offers training courses in single and multi-family program design, finance, new and rehabilitation construction, program management, and home ownership. These courses were designed with input from HUD field offices, state and local government program staff, and housing practitioners. Our interactive style and small class size encourage participation and allow attention to individual participant questions. CRTC uses a variety of training techniques, including vidoes, slides and overhead presentations, group exercises, and discussions. Every participant receives an extensive training manual and a certificate of course completion.CRTC is looking forward to working with you and providing the quality of services you have come to expect.
