We envision a retail cafe space where you can go out to socialize and relax without compromising your health and wellness goals. Community Roots is a non-alcoholic elixir lounge and retail space, focused on providing locally-produced, healthy drinks, grab-and-go food items and packaged specialty products. Starting as a single on-premise operation, we will offer drinks produced in-house and from local producers, including kombucha, tea, coffee, shrubs, kava, elixirs, and tonics. Our location will be styled as a lounge with secondary retail of packaged food and drink products. We will offer a menu similar to a sophisticated and up-scale mixology bar, but better aligned with the athletic, health, and wellness-focused lifestyle of a large and ever-growing segment of the population. Featuring local ingredients, we aim to spotlight community food producers as we expand into online sales.
