Community Uplift Program provides Care Coordination via Free Through Recovery and Community Connect. Housing stability, recovery and mental health supports, and employment stability are the areas that our Care Coordinators and Peer Support Specialists will work on with participants and empower them to lead healthier lives.CUP also contracts with ND Rent Help to offer Application Counselors and Housing Facilitators to help ensure individuals get the rental and utility assistance that they need.Harbor Health Initiative was created within CUP to allow for a more direct referral source and resource guide for our LGBTQ+ community members.
