Three hundred sixty-five days a year, Community Works CDC works to mitigate barriers due to hunger, incarceration, father abseteeism, joblessness, affordable houstong shortages, unreliable or no transportation, exposure to crime, abuse and educational inequities. We tirelessley work to offer aid to wrap around services which include educatio, employment, housing, economic resources, and crisis management support. Our mission is simple: To restore Northeast Houston through faith-based programs promoting at-risk youth services, workforce development, and neighborhood revitalization.
