CommuNutri is a digital platform service acting as a resource marketplace and knowledge hub to ultimately raise awareness, activate community engagement, and provide/increase resources to individuals in need and the community as a whole. We intend on using a multi-prong approach to increase touchpoints in the customer journey to establish sustainable impactful changes for end-users. We intend to create a space for individuals to easily obtain nutritional information and advice throughout their journey as well as a marketplace to easily access nutritional food options. For healthcare providers, we hope to simplify the referral process and strengthen the relationship between overall healthcare teams and patients. We also plan to leverage current resources and the community to create an ecosystem for users to connect and learn from one another while improving their lifestyle.
