Located in a quiet residential area, the house is on Como Park bike and walking paths. Nearby attractions include Como Zoo, Como Conservatory, Como Park Golf Course, the Minnesota State Fairgrounds and eighteen universities and colleges. Built in 1915, the Craftsman-style home has hardwood floors and oak trim throughout with built-in buffets and bookcases on the main floor. An open staircase descends into the Inglenook room where the original occupant was married. A big front porch is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon tea or an evening sit to watch the lake birdlife or sunset.
