We seek to understand each student and who they are so we can customize a program that identifies foundational academic weaknesses while also encouraging continued development in natural strengths, gifts, and passions. To do this we look at educational data, parent/teacher input, diet, exercise, brain make-up, medication, hobbies, family dynamics, friendships, school life, scheduling, and communication style. From there we develop customized goals and plans that give students a better chance to thrive in school and life.APPROACHOnce a plan is established, Compass Educational Services sets up a schedule with tutors who can most effectively meet your student's needs. We hire tutors who are experienced experts in their particular field and who have an innate desire to see students flourish.
