With a growing awareness of ableism and controversy around abuse and ABA, behavior analysts are now navigating situations that require knowledge and skill not only in the application of principles of behavior analysis but also their ethical obligations connected to social validity, cultural competence, and bias. Behavior analysts are not alone in their uncertainty about how best to proceed. I want to help practitioners learn and provide the quality of services that our client's deserve by providing BACB supervision as well as consultation and training about sexuality education and dismantling ableism in practice.
