CompBuoy AS delivers a unique and patented buoyancy material for use in buoyancy modules for offshore risers in water depths of 1.000-3.000 meters. The main advantage of our product is that it can witstand high pressures and is 60 % cheaper than competing products. Our product will be sold as prefabricated buoyancy elements to riser sub-contractors. Compbuoy are actively seeking industry partners, both buoyancy producers and end-users, to do a pilot within the next six month for verification of material in commercial use.
