Complete Soccer Conditioning offers a comprehensive Strength & Conditioning program, developed specifically to enhance performance in youth soccer players.Athletes will benefit from direct coaching with from a former Semi-pro soccer player and Sports Conditioning Specialist; and will learn to develop Primary fitness components such as Acceleration, Agility, Explosive Power, Coordination, and Reactions.Exercises will be Soccer-specific, often integrated with a ball, using some of the best and most appropriate fitness equipment available.The program will include Injury prevention techniques, and the most up to date Movement Prep & Recovery to ensure all players are able to perform consistently at their best level. Individual coaching will be tailored to the player's specific profile and personal goals
