CTS specializes in on-site hardware/software maintenance services for medium to large corporate and government entities. CTS only hires A+, Network + certified technicians, ITIL trained and certified Help Desk staff and has extensive experience in providing warranty and non-warranty on-site hardware services and on-site support staffing services. CTS has 15 technical staff within the Las Vegas area. CTS has been providing maintenance and support services since 1984. With CTS's 38 years of experience in government contracting, professional help desk services, expert on-site technical staff and hands on management from company owners, CTS not only meets our customers' requirements and expectations but exceeds them.
