We service national retail stores as well as landlords of shopping malls and strip centers.Our services include estimating, budgeting, negotiating to contracting, project management and supervision to service work.Project consulting/managementOur work is not limited to owners but we provide services for other general contractors as well. We will provide services listed above for general contractors with clients that are not part of our client base. In addition to supervision and or project management we can take sub contracts in many areas of the project such as demolition, carpentry, mill-work installation, doors and hardware to name a few.
