I am a residential and small scale commercial contractor with 30 -years of experience in architectural design, project management, and coordination. I specialize in leading collaborative projects that incorporate a team vision, based on a fine balance of time, quality and budget. I pride myself in building long-term relationships with my clients because of my field knowledge and experience, trust, integrity, excellence and resourcefulness. Furthermore as a "Certified Aging in Place Specialist" (CAPS designation) I have been taught the strategies and techniques for designing and building aesthetically enriching, barrier-free living environments. I am particularly attuned to the unique needs of the older adult population skilled at "Aging In Place" modifications, providing solutions to common barriers with "Universal Design" principals in remodeling projects. My biggest satisfaction comes from helping my clients attain their dream environments and I would be more than happy to meet with you at your convenience to discuss your needs.
