Concept Hotel by COAF, with 12 rooms (8 standard and 4 premium) nestled into a green meadow in a picturesque valley, combines the fascinating landscape of Debet with sleek modernity.The hotel is a part of the COAF SMART Campus including the COAF SMART Center (opened May 27, 2018) and forthcoming Conference Center. It has grown from a guest house into a modern hotel in one of the most spectacular regions of Armenia. Each stay at Concept Hotel gives back to the community, as the proceeds support COAF programs implemented in the rural communities of Armenia. The hotel also contributes to local economic development, creating jobs for local residents by training them in hospitality and tourism services.
