The Conchylium Fund is a new Dutch venture capital fund, focusing on high-tech innovations, health, food production & supply as well as environment & circularity. The investment sectors have been identified as pivotal in the context of the following big global megatrends: climate change & resource scarcity, urbanization, demographic change and rise of technology. While we seek market-conform returns in the mid-to-long-term, we don't view ourselves as a pure-play financial investor but as a strategic and non-speculative investor. The Conchylium investment team will be built around industry veterans in Conchylium's key investment areas. Our investment team will leverage its extensive network for the benefit of its portfolio companies and their path-to-market. We help build valuable companies. Conchylium Fund Management B.V. is established to manage the activities of the new Dutch Investment Fund Conchylium Investment Fund COOP U.A. Conchylium Fund Management B.V. is registered at the Dutch Authorities Financial Markets. The new Fund is currently working on its first closing which is expected in the fourth quarter of 2020 / beginning 2021.
