CONCRETEC® Details
CONCRETEC® is a specialized Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) floor. SFRC floor is the optimum solution for industrial flooring in factories, warehouses, commercial centers, showrooms, parking and outdoor concrete pavements. CONCRETEC® floors are made by mixing the steel fibers into fresh concrete obtaining evenly distributed matrix, which has several important benefits. CONCRETEC® floors have great savings on maintenance cost, execution cost and material cost. In normal traditional floors, there will be around 600 Rm length of saw-cut joints, whereas CONCRETEC® floors are JOINTLESS, which controls the floor cracks and eliminates the need of saw-cut induced contraction joints. The durability of CONCRETEC® floors are improved drastically. The floor is automatically levelled using SOMERO® Laser screed machines, which eliminates manual errors and drastically reduces execution time thereby giving better flatness and regularity. Area of about 2000sqm per day flooring is achievable using this laser screed. The dry shake topping hardener used is made by ultra-durable aggregates, cement and pigments makes the concrete surface durable and abrasion resistant. Topping Spreader machine used gives accurate, evenly distributed surface treatment. Highest level of flatness and finishing is attained by using latest polishing equipment's.
