Our objective is to assist children and young people in situations of social vulnerability and/or with intellectual disabilities and mental disorders through structured and guided therapeutic intervention with the help of farm animals.We are members of IHAIO, an international association for human-animal intervention, which has more than 100 organizations around the world with the same work as Conecta. And we have our technical partner, Green Chimneys, an organization located in New York that has been caring for children with animal-assisted therapy since 1947.Located in Itu, the Farm with 30 thousand meters of green area has all the structure so that children and adolescents from partner social organizations can be assisted in activities supervised by a multidisciplinary team that guarantee the treatment of mental health and contribute to the education of those assisted. through contact with animals and nature.
