Conejo Valley Transit is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) provider whose mission is to help people get to the healthcare they need - to stay healthy, stay agile, empowered, and to thrive.Conejo Valley Transit provides transportation services throughout the Conejo Valley region and major parts of the San Fernando Valley.Every year, over 3 million people in the United States do not obtain medical care due to transportation issues. There is a growing recognition of these problems and steps toward improving transportation access and support for patients.
