The YCC plans an overnight conference focused on redefining leadership through eye-opening discussions, team building breakout activities and socials at night. The conference offers a safe and non-judgemental environment in a camp far away from the hustle and bustle of York University. This retreat aims to bridge the gap between student leaders of various disciplines regardless of ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, sex, creed or colour. Students will hone their leadership skills, form a meaningful peer support group and will be encouraged to take on local initiatives with a global mindset.
