Confidential Resolution Services provides mediation services for Businesses and Families seeking resolution outside of a court setting. Mediation is an alternate form of resolution; It is legal binding as well as Time and Cost Efficient outside of litigation. Conflict Resolution empowers parties to speak openly in a confidential setting and share ideas for an outcome that gives both parties a better future and peace of mind.Jennifer Engel is a graduate from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She received her mediation credentials and certificates as a Professional Mediator, met by state statues, from Manousso Mediation and Arbitration, LLC in Houston, Texas. She is a volunteer mediator at the Dispute Resolution Center in Conroe and Bryan, Texas, a Guardian Ad Litem with CASA in Montgomery County, and a Professional of Business Networking International. Confidential Resolution Services offers half day/ full day session. The rate is $175 per party/ per hour.Half day session (4-hour day)- $1400Full day session (8- hour day)- $2800The mediator provides snacks and refreshments for clients during sessions. For a full day session, the mediator will also provide lunch to clients. Clients are welcomed and encouraged to share food preferences and allergens. Cancellation fees will only apply to mediations which are cancelled within seven business days of the scheduled session. If the mediation is cancelled by either party within seven days of the mediation, then a fee of $125 must be paid by each party. If mediation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation date, each party's share of the full mediation fee shall be charged to each party. Mediations cancelled outside of the seven business day period are not subject to cancellation fees.
