About Us:The "Coniston Industrial Park Limited", also known as "CIP" is a company that was incorporated in 1990. Prior to this, the site was home to a smelter, owned and operated by "The Mond Nickel Company". Construction of the smelter began in 1911 and the operations subsequently concluded in 1972. During this time, The Mond Nickel Company was absorbed by INCO (VALE). The smelter was later demolished in 1976 and INCO began the transforming the area into an industrial park.Products and Services:The CIP offers a wide range of services including but not limited to a diverse range of leasing opportunities, warehousing services, logistics, transportation, on site amenities and complimenting business operations.Our Growing List of Community Members:1.
