Publishing - Annandale-on-Hudson, New York, United States
Founded in 1981 by novelist Bradford Morrow and San Francisco Renaissance poet Kenneth Rexroth, Conjunctions publishes innovative fiction, poetry, and narrative nonfiction by emerging voices and contemporary masters in biannual print/ebook editions and a weekly online magazine. Conjunctions serves those who read dangerously and write fearlessly, challenging accepted forms and styles with equal emphasis on groundbreaking experimentation and rigorous quality. The journal's initial publishers included Godine, Collier, and Scribner, before Bard College became Conjunctions' publisher in 1990. The print anthology appears every spring and fall, collecting pieces that form a conversation around a central theme.
