ConnectCare is a healthcare web application with an aim to enable free, quality care for patients by improving their medication compliance. ConnectCare sends automatic medication reminders once the pharmacists sets up the patient in the ConnectCare system.At Connect Care India, we want to focus on tertiary care providers like pharmacists who have a commercial need to be more competitive than their peers because of the heavily crowded market.While a patient has some pre-existing relationship with their Family Doctor (GP), they do not have a similar loyalty/care association with tertiary care providers like Pharmacists.A pharmacy/chemist is a combination of a retailer and care provider - By adding the extra medication reminders, pharmacists can earn significant recurring revenue from existing patient base.
