Connections – Bellevue is a stand-alone outpatient treatment center in Bellevue, Washington. Our center provides personalized outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with substance use disorders and mental health concerns. Depending on a variety of individual factors, including the type of disorder a person has developed and the severity of the symptoms they have been experiencing, they may receive outpatient care at the partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, or traditional outpatient level. Types of therapies that may be provided at our outpatient treatment center in Bellevue, Washington, include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and experiential therapies. These therapy sessions may incorporate several evidence-based, research-supported modalities, such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. Adults who receive outpatient treatment for a substance use disorder or mental health concern at Connections – Bellevue may work with a psychiatrist, nurses, licensed mental health counselors, and licensed substance use disorder professionals (SUDPs).
