The Connectivity Foundation was formed out of the exponential push to go digital during the pandemic. Much of the nation is not equipped for basic connection to the internet. Our team is made up of engineers, tech entrepreneurs, fundraisers, college students, and other c-level executives, who are passionate about socioeconomic equality and helping others.Currently, over 42 million people in the United States do not access the internet from home. In some cases, rural areas need broadband networks, but most people who can't connect live in urban areas and lack affordability.Our current focus is on helping the nine million students who are unable to access the internet from home. With most schools continuing with online learning, these students will only be further pushed behind in the educational gap and digital divide. Our mission is simple - to help people get the connectivity they need to be able to learn and thrive in society. But solving this issue is far from simple.
