Proverb says "Vain all the ability of the world if someone does not gives you a chance". I have had desire, teachers, skills, health, passion and patience to learn through my and others experience. And I used my chances. Graduated civil engineer by school, I had to learn not only secrets of craft with the workers on site or cooperating with architects and installation engineers during designing process . More important I had to learn secrets of interpersonal relationships, art of balancing wishes of investors and possibilities of contractors, weather and time schedule influence, evaluate market state, best marketing practices ….Always learning from my investors, superiors and associates. CONSALDRA Company Ltd. was founded in 2007th upon founders 19 years of professional experience in construction, investment and project management as a continuation of successful business of Consulting and management agency SUPPORT created 2004th. Development of the real estate market and the competition created by the presence of foreign investors, banks and funds in Serbia real estate market , require knowledge, experience and contacts we have and can be useful for you and your Projects. Today I have personal satisfaction and develop further myself discussing with others different topics, acting as " consigliere " , providing benefits for our customers and partners. Born in Belgrade and having experience leaving abroad for some years I better understand both sides . Acting for seven years as project manager and general manager of SPV enterprises , in cooperation and supervised by Prof. Dejan Kovacevic, B.Sc., Ph.D , have learned "by the book" how to cope with procedures , difficulties and responsibilities . Upon that I have gain confidence of my Investors from UK and became their partner. They taught me their point of view , habits and way of thinking. "Life is all about management.
