ConSept provides high-impact business management training groups ("20 Groups") and in-dealership consulting for automotive dealerships across North America. Our program has incorporated portions of the successful 20-Group format into training and process management training, allowing us to dramatically improve our dealers' profitability. ConSept clients are dedicated operators who want to focus on maximizing dealer profitability. Our program discourages resort meetings and we challenge the dealer either to perform or look for another group. ConSept moderators take responsibility for asking the difficult questions or the questions everyone else is too polite to ask. Unlike other 20-Group providers, we also encourage department managers to attend meetings alongside the Dealer and/or General Manager. By uncovering opportunity with all decision makers involved, our dealerships are able to capitalize on their opportunities far better than they would in a "social group". Michael Lynch is the President and founder of ConSept and brings 30+ years of experience to his clients. Mr. Lynch was a co-founder, partner and executive vice president of Performance Inc., which established over 110 U.S. and Canadian 20-Groups for the automotive, motorcycle, heavy truck and marine industries before selling to ADP in 1996. ConSept has long standing training relationships with Chrysler, General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Honda, Nissan, BMW and Toyota.
