CPM generally act as an agent for institutions and developers by selecting, leading and working with the designers and contractors to deliver projects from inception to completion. In this way we take the overall responsibility for planning, controlling, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of a project, that is, we take the day to day responsibility for implementing a project.Areas of specialty include the project management of retail & travel retail projects, airport redevelopments and general commercial and residential building construction / fitout works.
