Back in 1985, Mr Lalji Pokar laid the foundation of the business by starting as a contractor and accomplished a path-breaking single contract of 1lac sq. ft. in just 15 months. This well-earned opportunity made his presence eminent in the industry. The business got moulded into a new direction during the 1990s when Mr Jayantilal Pokar joined his elder brother. The duo excelled as contractors and was always keen on experimenting the conventional way of working and innovating a foray of speed construction. After 2005 the group undertook ventures as developers and proficiently completed the projects. Later in 2011, they diversified in quarrying and a short period they excelled in manufacturing best quality aggregate & washed sand from stone. Currently, they have 4 operating plants in varied regions of Maharashtra and the count will be 5 in the second half of 2017.Now, the 2nd generation is all prepared to take advantage of the set platform and take the business to greater heights. With that, the Group plans to expand into a new horizon of infrastructure development in the name of CONSPEL CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD and is ready to raise the bar in the construction industry. The name CONSPEL is an abbreviation of "CONstruction SPEciaList "in line with the group's vision statement.
