Constanttrek is the one woman operation of Paula Constant, adventurer, speaker and writer. Since 2004 Paula has walked over 12000km through eight countries, including 7000km through the Sahara. Her first book, Slow Journey South, was released in 2008 and her second, Sahara, released by Random House in October 2009. She is a professional public speaker, represented by Saxton Speakers Bureau.
