Construction Services - Mount Pleasant, SC, US
CPI fields an experienced team of project managers, supervisors and craftsmen to build finished products of which we and our clients can be proud. Our greatest accomplishment and testimony to our success is the fact that historically over 85% of the projects we build are for repeat clients. Those repeat clients know that not only will CPI perform above expectations during development and construction, we will also stand with them to identify and correct any issue that may arise while the building is in service. In other words, we will always answer the phone, and we always stand behind our work. Our goal has been and is to be the premier hotel contractor in the Charleston area whose clients are the premier hotel developers in Charleston. We have achieved that goal and plan on remaining at the top for years – even for generations to come.CPI is set apart in the achievement of that goal by more than our experience and expertise. We are unique among today's general contractors in that we self-perform much of our work. CPI has in house plumbing, electrical, and concrete crews. We do not sub out masonry, framing, or drywall to large lump sum sub-contractors. We buy virtually all the material for those phases of the work and hire labor only installers who function under our direct supervision. As such, we have greater control over the cost, scheduling and finish product. We'd rather do fewer projects and control more pieces of the work done than build many buildings by subbing out the vast majority of the work. We feel our results have proven our methodology to be effective and cost efficient. It's somewhat cliché, but most of all, we feel our clients want to work with us because they know they can trust us. This is construction and things don't always go according to plan. But our clients are always sure that we are working in their best interest. And that assurance has established and maintained many valuable relationships over the years.
