The roots of this construction company date back to 1962, with the participation of Mr. José de Jesús González Ramírez as a partner and constructor of the Urbanizadora Industrial, S.A. de C.V. company, being Mexico's pioneer in the construction of social-interest housing. It begun in the city of San Luis Potosí, expanding in the construction of households throughout the cities of Irapuato, Querétaro, Celaya, Morelia, and León, covering almost all the region of El Bajío.Parallelly, Mr. José de Jesús González Ramírez, on his own, started construction projects in the commercial, industrial, residential and religious section in different cities of the country, acquiring experience, quality and reputation in these areas. With the fusion of Mr. José's sons, in 1994 the company González Ramírez Constructores S.A. de C.V. was officially founded, which was supported professionally and technically by the years of work realized in the construction section of its founding partner. After some years, and due to an strategic decision made by the partners , in 2010 the company CONSTRUCTORA TEYFEL, S.A. DE C.V. is founded, keeping the same personnel and the same working policy and values as the previous company, thus achieving the same quality in construction and taking advantage of the experience gained over the years.
