Consulting Women is DC's professional forum to network and share best business practices among area women who own their businesses and provide services to non-profits, candidates, businesses and government. Our members represent a number of fields and industries from throughout Washington DC Metropolitan Area, creating a unique professional community of talented consultants and contractors with notable accomplishments. Founded by Karen Mulhauser in 1990 and coordinated through the offices of Mulhauser and Associates, nearly 1000 women are members of our community. Initially meeting as a small group to discuss client prospects and effective business practices, today CW hosts an array of interest groups and a vibrant listserv.
