I am a transformational executive coach, consultant, author and speaker. I work with leaders and practitioners who desire to be a force for Good in the world, and are ready to do the inner work required for this purpose. My services include executive coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and culture transformation. My style is relational, intuitive, and creative. As a seasoned practitioner, I find the most effective "accupuncture point" to meet the client's needs, and draw from a rich and varied toolkit.A key to my approach is developing leaders who are self-aware, agile, creative, intuitive, and capable of working with complexity. The work involves trusting inner authority, aligning with core values, shifting from "reactive" mode to "creative" mode, collaborating across boundaries, and leveraging the wisdom in conflict. As founder of Sophia Leadership (www.sophia-leadership.com), I am focused on bringing the Feminine principle into balance with the Masculine principle in organizational leadership and culture. The Sophia Leadership program helps women to lead with more of their innate Feminine essence, so they can generate true, sustainable success for themselves and their organizations.I serve as a bridge between the worlds of business and spirituality. For those who desire to grow spiritually and apply Spiritual Intelligence to their work, I am a guide on the path. My own spiritual path is mystical, gnostic, universal and faith-neutral (honoring all wisdom traditions). I have studied deeply with spiritual masters, shamans, indigenous elders, and energy healers.
