The company was founded in order to develop software and to offer consulting services in Information Technologies, for the middle size companies on the Occidental region of the Country. As a software factory the company developed two vertical products, one for Micro-financial companies, and other for auto-finance companies. Both products are directed to the segment of Non-bank financial institutions Today the company is mainly dedicated to Dynamics AX and is expanding its offer trough specialized solutions widen the product capacities incorporating some specific solutions directed to vertical markets. Contecno is a Microsoft Gold Partner for ERP & CRM, with certified process by the CMMI Insitute at Carnegie Mellon University that has Appraised CONTECNO at CMMI Maturity Level 2
