CPI has more than 15 years' experience in improving productivity, stabilizing quality and reducing cost for our customers. We have successfully delivered performance management, continuous improvement and organizational development to key clients in the Scandinavian region. We currently work within the following business segments: consumer goods, advanced manufacturing, integrated operations and wind power. Over the years, we have consolidated our experience and learnings into the CPI Lean Operating Model, which contains six interrelated elements: critical processes, work processes and standards, team based organisation, performance management, decision structure and visible leadership. In addition to best practice descriptions, templates and tools, a robust implementation method providing sustainable results is included.Our challenges for the coming years will be further development of the Lean Operating Model into an adjustable best practice solution for various business segments. We want to benefit from new technologies and effective collaboration for sharing the competence with our customers.
