Do you require high quality drawings and technical schedules?Although we traditionally work for contractors we also carry out Mechanical & Electrical projects for end user Clients and Architects where the team require a more traditional package with control over the Mechanical & Electrical designs.CDP was established in 2006 as a mechanical and electrical building services consultancy to provide a full range of professional design services. We are based in our new offices in Holbury, Southampton.We have been fortunate enough to have built a fantastic team of designers, drafting technicians and support staff. These are headed by Neil England whose role is to deliver our projects on time, whilst meeting the client aspirations. The team are dedicated to providing a very efficient, professional and honest service to ensure any questions you may have are answered.Using our practical skills and installation knowledge we carry out detailed designs and drawings, specialising on design & build projects. We work from either an outline brief or from blank sheets of paper. Each method has its different approach, but what does not change is our dedication and enthusiasm to do the best we can for our client and the project team as a whole.Therefore, we work tirelessly with our design partners to agree co-ordinated concepts and space planning to ensure design decisions are fully agreed prior to the construction stage.Our principles have remained the same throughout:To provide innovative cost effective design solutions whilst building strong client relationships and ensuring our clients aspirations are fulfilled.We believe flexibility is the key to delivering a wide variety of projects in a fast changing world.
