Controvento was born in 2011 and has so far more than 100 employees. We promote social inclusion and re-qualify public spaces through different activities: organizing musical and cultural events, promoting socio-organic food services, developing professional training and writing social projects. Controvento has mainly two bases: the main one is in Venice at Forte Marghera where we organize cultural festivals, gigs and run three restaurants; the second one is in Friuli Venezia Giulia Region at San Floriano, a 60 hectares rural and natural park where we run two hostels and, through a short supply chain, we serve our own products, employing disadvantaged people.Our aim is that of becoming an interregional benchmarck in social inclusion delivering professional training and empowering organic farming.
