Convu's was launched in 2019 with a mission is to make the empowering benefits of good listening available wherever and whenever they are needed. Convu offers Peer Coaching Initiatives, which train people in effective listening, in a number of organizations including the Harvard Chan School of Public Health and the Seven Stones Leadership Community. Convu also trains Mentors to run such programs, and hosts a social network called the Convu Commons. By training peers to coach each other through a pragmatic, learn-by-doing approach, Convu builds trust, openness and commitment among group members, and supports individuals to grow and learn to meet new challenges.
