Cook Theatre Designs, LLC is owned and operated by Vanessa Cook. Ms. Cook is the former Technical Director of Gundlach Theatre and former Adjunct Professor of Theatre at Heidelberg University. She formed Cook Theatre Designs, LLC a freelance design, production and education company in 2017 to serve the Northern Ohio region. The company is located in Norwalk, Ohio and is accessible to both Cleveland and Toledo.Ms. Cook has over 20 years of experience in all facets of theater production and performance, working extensively in costume, set and prop design and construction. A graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College Conservatory (BM) and Regent University (MA). Ms. Cook is available for freelance work in the areas of costume, property, set design and construction. As a teaching artist, Ms. Cook has several years of experience. She has taught at the University level and primary public/private school setting. She is available for teaching theater design, stagecraft, costume design and stage makeup.
