Hammerhead Sleds is a Vermont-based corporation that builds and markets premium, recreational, Vermont assembled, snow sleds and accessories poised to dominate the growing middle and mass outdoor and action sports markets. We are creating our brand by capturing the imagination and mood of the consumer with remarkable styling, unmatched performance, and pricing. The typical customer is the action sports and outdoor enthusiast although we have found that wide ranges of ages, athletic ability, gender and race are equally attracted to our Hammerhead sled. The primary focus of the business is on product innovation, accessories, branding and IP licensing. Our initial sled product provides an "i-pod" like base to sell higher margin add-on accessories. We plan to grow the traditional recreational sledding pastime into a growing sport with venues on ski areas and large hills.
